Nestled on the banks of Sognefjord, this 4-star gem doesn't just boast elegance - it's steeped in cultural heritage, with historical art pieces and antiques that give each room a unique charm. The dining area, oh my goodness! The exquisite buffet dinner was a tantalizing treat, complemented beautifully by the serene vista outside. It made for a fabulous setting to savor each bite with friends as we relished both the food and conversation. The service was genuinely warm, particularly from the gentleman who checked us in; such a refreshing touch amidst a busy holiday season! A cozy room with breathtaking views made for a restful retreat after our daily adventures exploring the nearby hiking trails and charming Balestrand. Whether you're out chasing landscapes or simply enjoying a glass from the well-stocked wine cellar, Kviknes is an enchanting base to discover the beauty around-you simply can't go wrong!
